Biography

David de Silva (b. 1979) trained at the Culinary Institute of Copenhagen before graduating from Michelin-star restaurant Kong Hans in Copenhagen. Before joining Orica-Scott, he owned and ran David's Bistro, where Hannah Grant worked as a sous chef. He lives in Copenhagen with his wife and two children, where he runs a Shrilancan Chili Sambal business.
