Jose Ramos Rodriguez was born in Seattle, Washington by Beatriz Ramos and Carlos Rodriguez. Grew up in Sacramento, California where he played college basketball for Sacramento City College. He has two brothers, Carlos and Charlie Ramos. Now lives in Los Angeles where he is a up and coming actor and entertainer.
