Know as Marsha D., she became a filmmaker in 2014. A year later she produced her first short film; this kicked off her career in the independent film industry. She's worked as a Producer, Director, Production Manager, and Casting Director. 2019 she became an executive producer and officially registered her business ownership of Asiram Talent Management in Las Vegas, NV.
