Known by friends & family as Becky, she grew up in River Forest, IL. Becky attended The Performing Arts Program of Oak Park River Forest High School. She learned Directing under the tutelage of James Eitrheim. She attended during The Program's "Golden Age of Excellence", with Oscar, Tony, Emmy & Golden Globe award Noms & Winners Dan Castellaneta, Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio, Kathy Griffin, Michael Dunn etc. It was a golden time for young talent in Chicagoland, with The Piven School kids up in Evanston i.e. Jeremy Piven & The Cusack Siblings. Becky was chosen for one of the 2 coveted positions as Senior Student Director. She won several Chicago Young Director Awards for her production of The Diary of Anne Frank, which she produced "In The Round". This garnered her much attention & controversy, as she produced it during the time & fall out of the infamous Neo-Nazis Skokie Marches. She attended Knox College in Galesburg, IL & was a member of the Delta Delta Delta Sorority. She met & married her husband, fellow Knox Alum, Dr. John Guido. They moved to Chicago for his Medical Training & She entered the BA/MBA Program of Dominican University, with a concentration in International Business & Marketing. While raising her family, she focused on her business of Sports Photography. She ultimately returned to her original passion & attended Post-Grad Film School at Columbia College, in Chicago, with a Concentration in Producing & Directing. She became known in her film work as Becca. She resides in Barrington, IL with her husband & enjoys having all of their children still in The Chicagoland area. She works both Nationally & Internationally.
