Trever Shirin began acting in middle school through various community plays and miscellaneous media productions. His passion is for community mental health and has been pursuing degrees in clinical mental health for the past several years. His debut movie appearance as Justin in The Lock In occurred while he was part of an unpaid internship and offered the paid role. He acknowledges that the movie is "terrible" and his acting was "almost equally bad" but the pay was right for the time. He hopes to someday return to acting and continues to implement his dramatic flair through speaking events and mental health training.
