Felipe was born in Goppingen, Germany in a military family, with his father serving many years in the army. From the age of 4yrs old to adulthood he was raised in Louisville, Ky where he would study pre-med at the University of Louisville and finish his science degree at Western Kentucky University. Felipe's plan was to become a cardiologist or neurologist. He worked as an emergency room tech soon after at the University of Louisville Hosptial.
With ambitions of medical school still in his sights, he was motivated even more, after his brother suffered a near-fatal car crash that left him, his fiance and baby daughter with brain injuries. His brother's fiance passed away after a few months, leaving behind Felipe's niece with many health issues and Felipe's brother who was bedridden had multiple neurological issues, including being mute.
He then moved to Washington, D.C. to work at Georgetown University and George Washington University as an Emergency Room Tech. His goal was to attend the illustrious Howard University Medical School. During his attempt to get into medical school, his friend suggested that he become a freelance writer for extra income.
After having success as a freelance journalist, Felipe has been motivated to write inspirational and real-life stories in the form of TV and film.
