Laryssa Banks

Laryssa was born and raised in Edmonton. Her parents instilled a strong work ethic and drive in her from an early age. She has worked hard and diligently to earn the successes that she enjoys today. As an avid learner, she believes in continuous education to improve her skills in both business and personal interests. Laryssa has now become the highest producing agent within the Kennedy Real Estate Brokerage. Her vibrant personality is a perfect fit as a Realtor and has allowed her to earn respect and excel in the industry. Buying and Selling real estate is a major life event and the process can be unsettling, stressful and very emotional. Laryssa wants to alleviate this as much as possible and provide a fun, educated experience for her clients. She utilizes the innovation of technology and leans on the support of great mentors. She is involved with Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Canada and is actively participating in the Big Sisters mentorship program. Laryssa also actively supports The Edmonton Public School Board Foundation which helps get children who come to the classroom at a disadvantage ready for learning and life. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher. Together, Laryssa and her husband Brian, renovate their buy & hold portfolio, building legal basement suites within the properties. Some people call them the "power couple" since Laryssa is well versed in the industry and Brian is very knowledgeable. She has a high real estate IQ, writes excellent contracts, and is very knowledgeable in the business. Her clients adore her and give her raving reviews.
