Born and raised in Meriden, CT, Amaurys graduated High School with no delays but didn't have the same luck when it came to college. After years of setbacks due to battles with the financial aid office he decided to stop waiting for his degree and just decided to go it his own on making his first film. His heaviest creative inspirations are Quentin Tarantino & Hideo Kojima.
