Alan Jenkins

Born in Fife, Scotland, Alan Jenkins was educated at Buckhaven High School and then attended the University of St Andrews, where he graduated with a degree in English Literature. He's worked as a broadcast journalist for the past seven years. He started his broadcast career at Radio Tay in Dundee. He then moved into television with STV and then moved to ITV Border, where he works as a Political Reporter at the Scottish Parliament. Alan also occasionally reports on ITV national news.
