She was born in Crimea, Ukraine. Her name was Boris Maksymovych Kruhlov (known also as Boris April, Anya April). Came out in 2014 as a transgender woman, made sex reassignment surgery in Los Angeles in same year. Writes her own songs, participated in Holos Krainy (The Voice of Ukraine), the main vocal show in Ukraine.
