Born to Honore Dionne and Robert Carter has 2 siblings Nora and Kevin (Mike) Carter 2 sons Timothy Carter and Kenneth Musgrove Jr. Attended Englewood High School in Jacksonville Florida, Studied Medical Assisting and Phlebotomy and holds a Bachelor of science degree in health administration. She enjoys playing golf, Classic southern rock music. She as well as her oldest son landed a part in The end of the road.
