Hailey DeStefano

Hailey is a 14-year-old actress, singer, musician and tap dancer. She began training at age 8 and by 9, she had her first on-camera experience acting in a music video that filmed overnight. The director adored her, describing her as "adorable and fun, a pleasure to work with!" Since then, Hailey has worked on television shows for Netflix and Amazon and film work. In 2019, she booked the lead in a full-length horror feature. Due to the pandemic, the project has been delayed. Hailey has a superpower: ADHD. Yes, it's a superpower! She is full of energy and pours an enormous amount of it into acting because it is her first love. Hailey would prefer to create characters and act out & memorize scenes from Harry Potter in her room above all else. People with ADHD "hyperfocus" on things they love to do which is why many who have found their passion go onto become incredibly successful (Jim Carrey, Michelle Rodriguez, Richard Branson, to name a few). For Hailey, acting is an intense passion as well as therapeutic for her. She's a bit shy, but not afraid to make big acting choices. She offers unique perspectives on characters and stories. Hailey loves the ocean, riding her bike, and forcing her family to join her on the scariest roller coasters. Snow is the best and she adores downhill skiing and just being out in it! She's awesome at Badminton (yes, seriously). Hailey has an older sister and a spunky rat terrier named Butters.
