Joe Barlow

Joe Barlow is an American filmmaker from Connecticut. He attends the University of Rhose Island as a Film/Media major. He is a founder of Juntex Productions along with Jack Ieronimo, Alex Ieronimo, and Hunter D'Antonio. His writing and directing style is known for being gritty, realistic, and often dark. He tends to make use of non-linear storytelling and ambiguity in his writing. He cites Christopher Nolan, Quentin Tarantino, and Stanley Kubrick as influences on his style of filmmaking. Barlow's first work as a Director/Writer came in 2017 on the 16mm psychological short, "Schemata". He followed this up in 2018 with the neo-crime drama, "Reprisal & Baptism."
