Noeska

Noeska (full name: Noeska Boggy Valley's) is perhaps one of the most remarkable and famous animal stars in the Westland of the Netherlands. He is the loyal pet dog of Jelger Dees and appears in all of his adventures. Ironically, he's always called 'Witje' (Whitey), while his smooth skin is equally black.
