Biography

Diana E. Marsh is a research anthropologist and museum practitioner who studies how heritage institutions communicate with the public. She works at the National Anthropological Archives at the Smithsonian's National Museum of Natural History, where she is working to increase the accessibility of archival collections. [2015-2017] Diana was an Andrew W. Mellon Post-Doctoral Curatorial Fellow at the American Philosophical Society where she researched and curated exhibitions drawing primarily on archival collections (Curious Revolutionaries: The Peales of Philadelphia, April-December 2017, and Gathering Voices: Thomas Jefferson and Native America, April-December 2016).
