Biography

Lorenza Brascia Ingram is a seasoned editorial producer for TV and streaming services. She began her career at CNN's New York bureau in corporate communications and marketing. Her transition to editorial came after moving to California to cover news for the Western region of the United States at CNN's Los Angeles bureau. In this role, Lorenza covered the entertainment beat in addition to general and breaking news stories. Upon moving back to New York, Lorenza was tasked with producing the network's most high-profile political events and breaking news stories- from CNN's coverage of President Trump's inauguration to mass shootings and natural disasters. When not on assignment, Lorenza would write feature stories for CNN Digital. She received her first Emmy nomination at 25 years-old for her work on CNN's Presidential Town Hall with President Obama at Fort Lee. I'm addition to being a 3-time Emmy nominee, Lorenza won the prestigious Edward R. Murrow Award in 2018 for her work covering Hurricane Maria.
