Ivy Hawkins

Ivy Hawkins is a model, singer, actress, rapper, artist, poet, GarageBand enthusiast, video editor, and a student of business management, communications, and leadership at Western Carolina University. She is extremely dedicated and driven by her passion for inspiring people through artistic expression. Ivy is determined to achieve her dreams and promotes the messages "defy the odds" and "don't let society tell you how to feel" to her fans, reminding herself and others that anything is possible if you work hard enough. Ivy has always been a tomboy with a glamorous style. She played all kinds of sports growing up (mainly soccer, but also swimming, softball, and basketball) and was never afraid of getting hurt or falling. Ivy started wearing heels in the 6th grade, and quickly learned how to run, climb trees, and walk on gravel in them. She loves fashion and magazines, especially Vogue, W Magazine, Cosmopolitan, Harper's Bazaar, and Glamour. Usually, when reading magazines, she will cut out things that catch her eye to make collages with. Ivy has taken hip-hop, ballet, tap, jazz, and modern dance classes throughout her life. She has also taken voice and piano lessons. In high school, cheer leading sparked her interest and she ended up being extremely successful with it. In fact, she got the opportunity to cheer in the 2015 London New Year's Day Parade after being selected at an audition. Since her enrollment at WCU she has not been involved with any athletic teams. Instead, she is pursuing her career as a model and actress while making good grades at school. Ivy Hawkins is an inspirational leader for her fans and is a muse for many photographers and artists.
