James Powell

James Powell is a Canadian screenwriter, producer and former owner of a unibrow best known for his work as a co-writer on Resilient and Homeless Shakespeare, and a producer on Darling. A graduate of Vancouver Film School Writing for Film and Television program where he spent over $20,000 for a teacher to brand his writing as "the definition of irrelevant". Since graduating, he has been hired as a writer's assistant on Bandanmu Cadets, a children's animation show which he hopes to become the master of perfecting the lunch-time Starbucks coffee order. James is seeking representation as a screenwriter and is ready and willing to write your vampire sex-comedy for about half the price he deserves. He and his wallet will be forever grateful.
