Robert Gerald "Rob" Brown is an Irish born actor, and historical interpreter from Dundrum Northern Ireland, best known for his work on the 2019 production of KAIA - Part 1.
Robert began perusing a career in filming in his early twenties after he was cast as an extra on the hit HBO Series Game of Thrones. Robert found himself falling in love with the excitement and atmosphere of working on a film set and all aspects of the work compared to the current career path he was on. For many years Robert worked as a musician following in his families footsteps performing and playing as part of the UK/Irish band "The RUA". However in 2014 after his time on Game of Thrones, Robert made the dramatic decision to leave "The RUA" on the hope of perusing filming as his new career.
In 2015 Robert began learning the art of European Historical Combat taught to him by the EHCG, Chapter Master Mark Davis. As Robert learnt the way of the sword and historical interpretation, he began (with the assistance of Mark Davis) to reform "The Freelancing Knights of Redemption [FKOR]" a historical combat team originally founded in 2004 while on the set of Clive Owens, King Arthur. Robert quickly built a spiderweb of contacts and was given the role of secretary within FKOR for his ability to create a wide working network mostly due to his positive enthusiasm towards TV and Film work and general love of history, re-establishing ties with the Royal Armouries, and the Medieval Society. Since then Robert was worked with companies such as History Bombs, Irish Arms, and the National Trust, to create live theatrical combat productions, as well as work on several undisclosed TV and film productions as actors or combat specialists.
Most recently Robert has been working closely with Stephen Presley and AmadeuX Productions LTD as a Stunt and Combat Choreographer for the Production of KAIA.
