Bryan Vavro

Bryan James Vavro, was born in Butler, Pennsylvania, a town north of Pittsburgh. He is the son of Karen Smaretsky, a former Steel City Angel, Model and Television personnel, and father Phillip Vavro, a steel worker. Bryan's father was born in Butler, PA from Slavic and Celtic ancestry. Bryan's mother is also from Butler, PA with Slavic roots also. Bryan is mostly Slovakian with some noble Irish and English bloodlines. As a child Bryan has always been interested in the spotlight of entertainment. His mother put him in modeling school at a young age, which lead to talent shows and commercials. Bryan also got into Contemporary and Hip-Hop dance as a teen. He eventually competed in various shows and competitions. One being The Night of Stars Competition in Disney World at the Hollywood Studios theme park. He interned at Walt Disney World during college as a Cast Member at Magic Kingdom. He chose to study at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh for Digital Filmmaking & Video Production. He filmed and acted in many independent films throughout his college career. He graduated with a Bachelor's of Science and was rewarded with a Student of the Quarter Award. Being out of college and acquiring the knowledge of filmmaking and acting, Bryan decided to be in front of the camera once again and pursued acting and voice over work. He's been having success in the Pittsburgh area and landing various roles in television, film, commercials and Netflix original series.
