Vishvendra Rai was born on March 22, 1992 in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. He is an Indian Filmmaker, film producer working in Indian Film Industry. He is a director and writer, known for When Devil Visits (2018), Snow Brings Blood (2018), The Rotter (2017) and Disturbed Pattern (2019). His second Short Horror Film The Rotter (2017) was an Official selection at Crimson Screen Horror Film Fest, 2018, USA.
