Amyth Patkar

Amyth is a self trained writer, director, music composer based in Mumbai. From 2004, he started pursuing theatre and composing music for plays while working full time as an engineer with a reputed IT company. After a couple of years, balancing both the acts became difficult and he quit his job and started making music professionally. Amyth has also co-produced a few short films for Filmaka Monthly Short Competition. In the due course he was exposed to a plethora of world cinema which motivated him to be a filmmaker. Black Label is his first short.
