Carlos Pelaez was born on the 21th of May in Colombia. Known as Charlie Pelaez. Today he is doing what he dreamed of as a child: acting. Known by the public for his performances as Emilio Solarte in the Tv series La Mariposa Verde and also in the Tv series Narcos as Sublieutenant by Netflix.
