Gulden

Gulden was born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey, before her parents sent her to America for higher education. She completed her BS and MS degrees at the University of Rhode Island and started her PhD at the University of Connecticut. According to her father, all that studying made her lose her mind and she decided to become a comedian. She is planning to write her thesis and complete her doctoral degree, but for now she's happy to be "The only female comedian from The Middle East, still alive!"
