Received her PhD in East Asian Studies in the discipline of Philosophy of Science from Princeton University. She is working as an independent filmmaker and writer between Shenzhen, China and Berlin, Germany. She has conducted various research projects on the topics of science and society, tech-art, and biotech at the University of Tokyo, Freie Universität, Princeton University, and Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine. Her creative writing has been published in Litro Magazine, the Centum Press Anthologies, The Speaker, BLYNKT Magazine, among others.
