McKinley Benson was born on January 6, 1999 in Los Angeles, California as McKinley Raymond Benson. He's a writer, director & producer responsible for dozens of narrative shorts, 2 TV pilots as well as 3 documentaries. He's also a 3-time Student Emmy Award winning filmmaker & the co-founder of Room 330 Productions. He has worked w/ Netflix, Disney, Hulu, Lionsgate & XYZ Films. Selected projects include Death of Childhood (2020), Homestead (2020) & Night and Day (2021).
