César Santos was born in Lisbon, Portugal. César is a director, producer, editor and writer but mainly a student. He made 4 award winning short-films, "Billy : The Kid", "Reverse Evolution" "Johnny: The Punisher" and "It Shines". For every short film he makes, he is responsible for writing, acting, filming, producing, directing, editing, and making the soundtrack.
