Raed Alsemari

A local of Riyadh and New York, Raed Alsemari is completing his MFA in Filmmaking at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. His first on-set experience was as a casting associate on Jon Stewart's Rosewater in Amman, Jordan. He later spent a year producing Saudi short-form comedy with Telfaz11. In 2016, he obtained his BA in History and Literature from Harvard University with a focus on Postcolonial Studies.
