Bisa Hargett

Bisa is a North Carolina, US native. She has served her country in the U S Navy for fourteen years, specializing in ordnance, line coaching and weapons training. As owner and Chief Executive Officer of Lady Bisa LLC, she takes great pleasure in aspiring to become a better artist, as well as a better person excelling to greater heights. Bisa is an awardee of the prestigious " Best of Norfolk for Makeup Artist for 2016 and 2017." She takes great pride in providing both service and support to the Hampton Roads community and abroad.
