Mari Edwards

Demarius "Mari" Edwards was born in Chicago, IL and was raised in Calumet City, IL. Mari graduated from Williams College with a degree in Psychology in 2014. While at Williams, he began a solo music career as a producer-songwriter-artist. During his senior year of college, he landed his first role in a play entitled "Bulrusher," directed by Charlotte Brathwaite and written by award-winning playwright, Eisa Davis. After working a post-grad job at a bank in Buffalo, NY, Edwards moved to Harlem, NYC in 2015 to pursue opportunities in music. Edwards worked at a music production company, composing music for commercials before venturing full-time into his music career. While in NYC, he has also modeled for several brands, including Billionaire Boys Club, a clothing line founded by Pharrell Williams.
