Petre Tutea

Petre Tutea was a Romanian philosopher, journalist and economist, born in a family of a priest. He study the in the "Neagoe Basarab" High-school from Campulung-Muscel & "George Baritiu" High-school from Cluj. He follow the Law University from Cluj and he finish the school as a Doctor in Administrative Law with "Magna cum laude" in 1929.
