Omar Ghonim

Omar Ghonim is a first generation Egyptian-American actor born in Quincy, MA on August 22nd. He grew up in Braintree, MA and graduated from Braintree High School where he played football as a defensive lineman and then moved to middle linebacker at Bridgewater State University where he attended college. After his freshman year he began making videos on the app Vine where he amassed over 600,000 followers and was afterwards introduced to the world of acting. He left BSU in 2017 to pursue acting full time. Omar has since appeared in several network television shows from NBC's The Blacklist to AMC's newest hit show Kevin Can F**k Himself. This winter he can be seen in the upcoming Netflix blockbuster movie, Don't Look Up, starring Leonardo DiCaprio & Jennifer Lawrence.
