Johanneke Dijkstra

Johanneke Dijkstra (she/her) is an award-winning filmmaker from Friesland, The Netherlands. She tells stories that affect local and international communities. She wrote, directed and produced several innovative films that have been presented internationally. Her short film Ritus was selected for the Cannes Filmfestival. With her indie film production company JONNA. she strives for more inclusion and making a social impact. Johanneke is lecturer at the Minerva Art Academy where she teaches film and philosophy.
