Mike Francois

Mike Francois is a former National Champion and Arnold Schwarzenegger Classic Champion, is a Certified Personal Trainer and IFBB Professional known throughout the world for his expertise in the areas of weight training and nutrition. Mike's vast knowledge extends far beyond his first-hand experience with weight training and nutrition. Mike has written numerous articles on the subjects of weight training and nutrition that have been published in various magazines including Muscle & Fitness and Flex. He has also been the host of ESPN's American Muscle Magazine. Additionally, Mike promotes the annual NPC Mike Francois Classic Bodybuilding and Figure Championships held in Ohio each May.
