Paulo de Melo

Paulo de Melo is a Brazilian Multidisciplinary Artist, works professionally (and internationally) as an Actor, Dancer, Singer and Puppetry Manipulator since 2001. He's also a Drama Theatre Professor and a Performing Arts researcher. Featured on International Emmy's nominee productions of Velho Chico (Old River) and Sob Pressão (Under Pressure), both produced by Rede Globo, as well in productions such as: Pai em dobro (Netflix), Impuros (Fox), Clandestinos - o sonho começou (Globo), E aí... Comeu? (Multishow), Os Saltimbancos Trapalhões - rumo à Hollywood (Globo filmes), Era uma vez uma história (Band/Warner), Bem Aventurados, Sai de Baixo (Globo filmes), among other; also was featured in nationally awarded advertising campaigns for Fiat Palio, Trident and Neosaldina. Performed at several professional theatrical productions in Brazil such as West Side Story, La Cage Aux Folles, Witches of Eastwick, Fiddler on the Roof, Gonzagão - a Lenda, Chacrinha - o Musical, 2 Filhos de Francisco, A Última Aventura é a Morte, Peter Pan, A Chegada de Lampião no Inferno; Internationally he's performed as a Dancer at revue shows produced by Star Cruises in Malaysia and Carnival Cruise Line in USA.
