Susan J Whitman

Susan was born in Spokane, WA. She has one brother, Steven. Her family moved to San Jose, CA in 1965 from Lynnwood, WA. While living in California, Susan attended Valley Christian Schools thru her Sophomore year. Her family then moved to Yakima, WA in 1977. While attending West Valley High School, her mother passed away from cancer. After high school, Susan married and had 2 girls; Jennifer and Samantha. Sadly, that marriage did not last. At that time in her life, she also lost her father who had been a quadriplegic. In 1990, she met the love of her life, Ron. They married in 1992 and she became the step mom to Ron, Rhonda, Randy and Jeff. Susan was always interested in acting and the medical field. She was in many plays in high school and college, but decided to enter the medical field. She worked at a local hospital and for a couple of doctors offices while her girls were growing up. Upon retirement, Susan got politically active an was on the city council in Yakima. While on the city council, tragically, her daughter Jennifer's husband was killed in Iraq. They had 3 boys. Retirement came again and Susan began to think of acting again, but on the next level. Her first job was being a civilian on the battlefield on the army base in Yakima. That was all she needed to get started again! Auditions and classes were in the future. Susan and Ron are the grandparents of 9 and have an active lifestyle. Ron works at a local golf course and loves to golf in tournaments. Susan loves to craft and build in her woman cave. She also does a blog on her Facebook page called "Life in Balance."
