Chad Riggs

Chad Riggs is an American film actor. He is best known for his role in the independent film Hellphone (2010). Born in the NC mountains, Riggs earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and his Pharm.D. from Campbell University School of Pharmacy. He resides in Ashe County, NC.
