Seamus Riley

Seamus O'Riley has the Irish gift of joy. Named after his great-great granddad from County Cork, there's much of the old world about this new soul. Comfortable on horseback, happy in a treehouse, equally at home in a science lab, or a martial arts dojo, he's a modern Tom Sawyer, a boy in love with adventures in his own backyard. An only child, he's never bored. In pre-school he made his own toys, and Seamus taught himself to swing a ten-foot bullwhip Indiana Jones-style. A huge Star Wars fan, he's naturally handy with a light saber. Seamus' sky blue eyes shine, and small freckles dance across his glowing face like a bridge of stars when he shares his interests. Respectful, and enthusiastic, this lad packs a versatile wallop. A strong swimmer, he's one degree away from black belt in Tae Kwon Do, breaking solid boards with his high kick. An avid fan of Nat Geo, Animal Planet, Avatar, Transformers 2, he's fascinated by nature and technology, fact and fantasy. Seamus smiles ear-to-ear when he talks about his favorite hobby - fishing. An expert, Seamus patiently catches the fish then gently tosses them back. He loves creatures; both real and imagined. "Avatar's my favorite, all those creatures, what imagination!" Seamus even wrote and illustrated his own prize-winning book about dragons. His acting idols are perfect metaphors for his duality; Seamus admires brainy Ben Stiller and brawny Dwayne Johnson, AKA "The Rock". Seamus O' Riley's endless imagination, discipline and ability to quickly memorize pages of dialogue, are major plusses but his greatest asset is his personality. His willingness and talent come together in a lovable, impressively compassionate kid who leads with his heart. Seamus loves his craft but he does more than just dream of acting; he's studied with Stanzi Stokes and Dina Buglione to develop his gift, and watches films constantly. Seamus is successfully working towards his own unique self-expression. Cast in recent films, "Lliam's Story" and "Awakening Arthur," Seamus auditions with gratitude-and he loves to be on set. Directors will find Seamus' emotional intelligence and unique understanding of both simple pleasures and life's more complex mysteries, compelling and gratifying.
