Joseph Owen Brewer III was born in Bowling Green, Ky to mother Julie Moore and father Joseph Owen Brewer II. Brewer grew up in Marion, Iowa. His father has been in and out of jail his whole life. His mother raised him as a single parent. He attended Linn Mar High School from 2003-2007 and joined the United States Army immediately after graduating. He then attended Basic Combat Training(BCT) at Fort Jackson in South Carolina. After completing BCT he attended Advanced Individual Training at Fort Lee in Virginia. While there he volunteered for Airborne School. After completion of Airborne School at Fort Benning he was sent to the 3rd Infintry Division at Fort Stewart in Georgia where he was given the opportunity to be on funeral detail bearing the U.S military's fallen comrades. In September 2008-2009 he was deployed to Iraq where he fulfilled his contract with the Army. In 2011 he made his Feature Film debut in Fat City New Orleans as Mark. The film signed with Vanguard Cinemas and is now available on Netflix and Amazon.com. The film was The Official Selection at the 2011 LA Film and Music Weekend Festival.
