Dave Cull

Writer and broadcaster Dave Cull was born in Invercargill, New Zealand. He studied at that city's Southland Boys' High School. After completing a Bachelor of Arts Degree at Otago University in Dunedin, he worked in the building industry, during which time he appeared as an expert in several television programmes relating to home renovation. He combines his work on television with duties in local body politics, and has been Mayor of Dunedin since 2010. He is married with two daughters.
