Matthew Tibbenham

Matthew Tibbenham is a British-American who grew up in Plano, TX. After graduating from college, he lived in Changsha, China teaching English with WorldTeach and then studying Arabic at the University of Jordan in Amman, Jordan. After moving to New York City to more actively purse a career in film directing, Matthew worked on the horror film, Sinister (2012), directed by Scott Derrickson and starring Ethan Hawke, as the Director's Assistant and Second Unit Director. Recently, he released the interactive comedy web series, The Wrong Guys for the Job (2012) where he was Executive Producer, Director, and Writer along with Sutton McKee, a filmmaker who he frequently collaborates with and started making movies together in Lubbock, TX. As of 2013, Matthew resides in Los Angeles, CA, where he writes and directs commercials, films, and TV shows.
