Paige Krystal Wilcox

Paige Krystal Wilcox (born 11 October 1982) is an Australian actress, author, and activist. Assigned male at birth in Toowoomba, Queensland, Paige spent her earliest years living in the rural communities of Grantham and Tent Hill before moving north to the coastal town Bowen to finish primary school. She moved to Brisbane in 2000 to attend high school, followed by a private college where she studied Film, Television and Theatre Acting. Upon graduating, Paige worked several casual jobs to pay for the required medical treatments to complete a gender transition and adjust her physical appearance to accurately reflect her female identity. Paige initially rose to prominence after releasing a YouTube series about her transition from male to female. After several years living privately she returned to the public eye with a blog and series of novellas detailing life before and after her gender transition.
