Rachel Katz-Overstreet

Having received her Bachelors of Arts from Cornell University, Rachel Katz went on to obtain her MFA in Editing from the American Film Institute Conservatory. Rachel has worked consistently as both an editor and assistant editor in television and features. She has cut many award-winning short films, including My First Claire, a national finalist for the Student Academy Award, and Clear Blue, which won a College Television Award (Student Emmy). She also cut Going Bongo, a feature film about an American doctor who travels to Tanzania. In television, she edits the CW drama The Originals.
