Julie Rosendo Executive Producer, Producer
Emmy-winning Executive Producer Julie Rosendo is a PBS veteran in both development and production with more than 28 years of experience, serving as a vice president with PBS station KLRN in San Antonio for 14 years prior to becoming an independent producer in 2005. Julie's credits include producer of the six-time Emmy Award winning PBS travel series, Joseph Rosendo's Travelscope. Now in its 12th Season, Travelscope's 130 episodes reach 98% of the US market and are sold internationally. Julie has produced and directed additional award-winning PBS content including Rhythm Abroad, Digging Into the Future, Epic Adventures and Canvasing the World.
Julie Rosendo is a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and a member of the prestigious American Society of Travel Writers. Additionally, Rosendo is the publisher of Travelscope's Magazine and curates Travelscope.net, contributing regularly to its blog.
Rosendo is on the board of the Topanga Association for a Scenic Community, a past member of the Executive Board of Directors of Will Geer's Theatricum Botanicum and is active in the Topanga community and Topanga Chamber of Commerce.
