Sam Kuo-Cheng Tseng

Sam Kuo-Cheng Tseng was born on January 29, 1968 in Pingtung, Taiwan as Kuo-Cheng Tseng. He is an actor, known for Acting Out of Love (2020), Comedy Makes You Cry (2010) and It's a Great, Great World (2011). He has been married to Kate Liu since April 2005. They have two children.
