Nassim Lyes is a French actor of Algerian heritage who can most recently be seen starring alongside Sasha Baron Cohen in Gideon Raff's The Spy (2019) for Netflix and in M6's They Were Ten (2020). He will next be seen alongside Jean-Claude Van Damme in Netflix's action-comedy The Last Mercenary (2021), in Sarah Adina Smith's Birds of Paradise (2021) for Amazon and in En Passant Pécho (2021), from his original screenplay, for Netflix.
In France, Nassim came onto the scene with his lead role in the crime-drama Blind Valley (2011) alongside Jean-Hugues Anglade and Gilles Lellouche. He is also known for his recurring roles in Netflix's first French language original production, Marseille (2016), and in Canal+'s live-action series adaptation of the hit comedy Les Lascars (2012-2014).
Nassim also has an extensive background in fighting/action and won the 2009 French national kick-boxing championship, in the welterweight division.
