Fábio A.C. Santos

Fábio Santos is a filmmaker from Portugal. He started his career at age 15 as a VFX artist on the feature film Harvey Putter and the Ridiculous Premise (2010). He then took interest in all things movie-making, trying to learn as much as possible about every department. In 2012 he made his first short Ajuste de Contas (2012). In June 2013, he travelled to the United States for the first time to work as a PA in Tim Richardson's new film The Throbbit (2015). He then joined the team behind the River Bend Film Festival in Indiana. In 2016 he made his second short film 4 Tempos (2016). He's working on his 3rd short Abroad Alone (2019). He's the founder and director of the cultural non-profit Anartem & the Ocean Coast Film Festival in Lavra, Portugal.
