Mark Suermann

Mark left home when he was 15 in order to study to be a Chef. After he completed his studies he entered several competitions and has won several awards for his master skills. He moved to Finland in 1993 and worked in several top restaurants before he started his own restaurant and managing a motel/restaurant and catering business. Salla, Kuusamo and Ruka are his working places where he still is working to this day. Hes has catered to several movie/filming locations and has served several Royals of Europe.
