Lacey was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. At age 6, Lacey took the stage in her first role as Whimsy in the play Whimsy's wish. Lacey has since devoted her free time to theater, film and acting classes. Lacey's first film role was the film 1 in 3 at the age of 12. She has appeared in 8 stage plays and 4 films.
