Raquel T. McKuen was born and raised in Southern California. She is a graduate of Dorsey High School in Los Angeles. She has always had the dream of working in Hollywood, but her dream had to be put on hold. She tried different careers ranging from long distance truck driving to security officer. In 2003 Raquel moved to Las Vegas, Nevada to find better work but she continued to dream of being in Hollywood one day. In 2008 while working for the MGM/Mirage Corporation she took a Management training course where she was class historian and documentarian. Upon completion of the course she presented the film to her colleagues, Casino Executives, and Nevada State Senators where she received praises for her work. In 2009 she got accepted into the Los Angeles Film School, and graduated with an Associate of Science, Film (Honors). Her film thesis project is called "These Four Walls" which she Co-wrote with her husband Jeffrey. The two of them started writing These Four Walls in 2008 as a screen writing assignment for their screen writing class at the College of Southern Nevada. After careful consideration Raquel hired Director Cedric Chabloz and Production Designer Alessandro Marvelli, to make the vision of "These Four Walls" come to life.
